Refunds are only available in the following situations:
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective or does not match your order, you may request a refund.
Refund Request Process: Email us at arffapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and including photos of the issue will help the process. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days once approved.
Our return policy is 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our product send it back and we will issue a refund.
Eligibility: Items must be: In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: Email us at arffapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and including photos of the issue will help the process. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a refund of the item.
Note: Returns are not eligible for custom or personalized items unless they are defective.
After we receive your email we will provide instructions for returning your item.
We request that if you received the wrong item that you send it back, we will give you the address by email.
Custom designs or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Dispute Resolution: If you have a problem, email us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. For unresolved disputes, we follow industry-standard mediation practices.
Promotion Eligibility: Promotions apply only to items purchased during the promotion period as advertised. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Use of Codes: Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Expiration: All promotions are time-limited. Expiration dates will be specified in the promotion details.
Changes to Promotions: ARFF Apparel reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled if the order has not been shipped or if the product hasn't started the production phase. The production phase is when the item starts being made. Shipping and production phase times may vary.

U.S. Sales Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We can ship to military instillations outside the US (this includes FPO and AP addresses).
Compliance: ARFF Apparel complies with all applicable laws regarding the sale and export of goods. Military-related imagery and products must adhere to relevant Department of Defense guidelines.
